Professional Cloud Service Manager is an advanced-level certification. It is recommended to have previously completed CCC Cloud Technology Associate and CCC Virtualization Essentials and that participants are conversant with Cloud concepts and vocabulary. Participants further benefit from a strong background in IT service management, who have completed one or more certifications or who have practical experience in applying IT service management best-practices.
