* ITIL® 4 Master will be awarded to candidates who achieve the practice Manager (PM), managing professional(PM) and strategic leader(SL) designations.
I have taken ITIL Foundation, how should I transition to ITIL® 4?
If you have taken only ITIL v3 Foundation in the past, then the recommended approach is to take ITIL® 4 Foundation in order to be able to transition easily to the new ITIL® 4 scheme.
There is a large amount of new material in ITIL® 4 Foundation, therefore a new exam is required to assess your knowledge of the new ITIL® 4 Foundation guidance.
Alternatively, you also have the option of obtaining 17 credits from the ITIL v3 scheme which would make you eligible to take the ITIL Managing Professional Transition module to migrate to the ITIL® 4 scheme.

I appreciate 1 World Training’s and Mr. Stuart Rance’s instructional methods for ITIL 4 Exam Preparation Course: visuals, providing anecdotal examples to underscore the content, reviewing the course information at the end of each lecture, and pacing of the e-learning course.

I completed my ITIL4 certification through 1WorldTraining and was referred by a mutual contact. Before that, I was quite lost on how I can start this certification, how much would it legitimately cost, how can I get the best out of the expense, etc. However after going over the 1WorldTraining website, I found all the answers I was looking for. After purchasing the course, I was amazed by the discounts they provided and even more with the unbelievably helpful e-learning videos by Mr. Murali & Stuart Rance. I was able to understand everything well with how he instructed and gained 95% score on my exam.
I would recommend anyone writing for ITIL to select 1WorldTraining as their learning partner without any hesitation what so ever.
Highly Recommended
I completed the ITIL 4 Monitor, Support & Fulfil and Digital & IT Strategy self‑paced e‑learning courses with 1 World Training, and the experience was excellent.
The e‑learning materials prepared me thoroughly, and I passed both the ITIL 4 MSF and ITIL 4 DITS exams from PeopleCert on my first attempt. Even better, 1 World Training is the only provider I found that includes a free exam re‑take in their package, which gave me real peace of mind.
I confidently recommend 1 World Training for anyone pursuing ITIL certifications. Their pricing is reasonable, the content quality is high, and the learning experience is smooth and well‑structured. I’ve already enrolled in another self‑paced course with them—ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value—because of how positive my experience has been.
