PRINCE2Agile® Foundation provides the fundamentals of the PRINCE2 method so you can embed PRINCE2 Agile into your day-to-day work practices, testing knowledge of PRINCE2 governance requirements, agile concepts and techniques and the interface between them.

PRINCE2Agile® Practitioner takes the knowledge acquired at Foundation level and applies it to the workplace, using real-world management examples.

MSP Foundation gives you the fundamentals of the framework, enabling you to embed MSP within your day-to-day work practices
MSP Practitioner builds on MSP Foundation. It gives you the analytical tools to think strategically as a successful programme manager.

M_o_R: The Management of Risk
Identify and control the impact of risk on your organization’s objectives

The modern organization is faced with increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. M_o_R (Management of Risk) helps you and your organization identify, assess, and control risk at the strategic, programme, project, and operational levels.

The M_o_R guidance shows you how the principles, processes, and techniques can be embedded, reviewed, and applied to your work practices by considering the nature of the objectives at risk. It allows you to make informed, effective decisions about the use of resources and initiating change.

The M_o_R Foundation certification will give you sufficient knowledge and understanding to contribute to the identification, assessment and control of risks across the organization, including how the four elements of the M_o_R framework support corporate governance.

The M_o_R Practitioner certification allows you to demonstrate you have an understanding of how to apply and tailor M_o_R in a practical context. You should be able to start applying an M_o_R-based risk management approach to any organization challenge.

MoP: principles, practices, and procedures for successful portfolio management

MoP® (Management of Portfolios) is comprised of principles, techniques, and practices that will assist your organization in the successful adoption of portfolio management.

Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) Certification

Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) guidance is accompanied by a certification scheme.

A P3O® model provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all change within an organization. This may be provided through a single permanent office which may exist under several different names, for example Portfolio Office, Centre of Excellence, Enterprise or Corporate Programme Office.

The P3O® Foundation certification will give you sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to interact effectively with, or act as an informed member of, an office within a P3O model. The Foundation certification is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.

AgileSHIFT® Enterprise Agility Certification

AgileSHIFT equips your staff with the knowledge and guidance to confidently understand, engage with and influence change by embracing agile and lean ways of working.

Most organizations know that they need to transform, and work in a more agile way. Yet a frequent problem is the creation of isolated agile delivery teams unsupported by a wider organizational engagement initiative. These agile delivery teams need to interact with other business functions including: Finance, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing and Legal. Often, these teams do not know why an agile approach is being used, the benefits associated with it or how best to enable that way of working. Plus, their traditional working processes are not set up to support agile. This is where current approaches to organizational-agility are failing.

The AgileSHIFT certificate is gained by attending a training course delivered by 1 World Training, Axelos accredited training provider and passing the exam.
