Course Description
The Agentic AI Foundation course introduces learners to the emerging field of agentic artificial intelligence, where AI systems move beyond single-turn responses to autonomously plan, reason, and take multi-step actions toward a goal. Through hands-on exercises, case studies, and guided practice, participants will explore how to design, orchestrate, and evaluate AI agents that can use tools, call APIs, maintain memory, and collaborate with other agents to solve real-world problems in areas such as customer support, research automation, software development, and business operations.
Learners will gain an understanding of agent architectures, planning and reasoning loops, tool use, memory systems, and the safety and governance considerations involved in deploying autonomous AI responsibly. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a strong foundation in agentic AI concepts and the confidence to design and evaluate agent-based systems in professional settings.
